Last year I moved into a new building and I didn’t know other people living there. I had no idea back then that a convicted child molester was living right next to me. I found out this man was a child predator several months later through the grape vine and it could have been bad because I have a daughter
Obviously I found it to be terrifying because I spend every hour of my days working. As a working single mom, I get home a few hours after my daughter gets out of school. This could have ended up very badly because of the man who lived next door to me. I’m glad I moved since learing this information, and nothing happend before then.
I realized a lot more now and that I should have gotten a personal report about each and every person living in the apartment building. I know that I will not make this mistake again! I made it my mission to have everyone else in the building checked out after I moved in. I can relax now so it was a good move. Sure, I didn’t need state birth records on these people, but it was good to know if they were convicted of any serious crimes. None of the people at my current apartment complex had any issues as the man in my old apartment did, but I still learnt a lot of valuable information.
I admit that it was wrong to think so, but the marriage records that I received by looking up these people were quite entertaining. One of the women in my apartment building has been divorced three times! This is none of my business, I realized, but I found it amusing! I want you to understand that obtaining a personal report on a person can have a very beneficial outcome.
You have many options, including a service via the internet for a fee. Another choice would be to hire a private investigator to get the information.
