In addition to the two very nice, very expensive hotels that Jeremy mentioned there is another one called Hotel Lanai. I have never been on Lanai, so cannot talk about it with any authority, but my sense is that it is an older place & very small. It just might be what you are looking for.

Not likely, Lanai is a small place.
Only two hotels are at the island of Lanai-The Lodge at Koele & Four Seasons Lanai Manele Bay. No, motels sorry.
Only resorts are on Lanai. Why did you need a motel anyway?
