Honeymoon Destination and Resort?

I am having a hard time finding exactly what I want in a honeymoon! I have been to Mexico a few times and want to experience something new. I do not want to go to Hawaii just yet…want to save that for an anniversary. I’m looking around Bahamas, Virgin Islands, etc. I’m very specifically looking for these amenities: swim-up bar, would prefer adults only, SOFT beds with white linens/comforter, TV cable/satellite. This is in Cancun, but it’s exactly the type of resort I want…just somewhere else besides Mexico.
