There are so many. You both are young. Depending on your finances and what you are looking for, there are many Very Nice Hotels right on Waikiki Beach...There are a couple 5 -Star that immediately come to mind...The Halekulani...and the Royal Hawaiian (RH is closed til the end of this year for renovation)...both High-Dollar Luxury. ( $500-$5000.00 per night) then there are places like Sheraton Moana Surfrider (First Lady of Waikiki) Gorgeous Understated Beauty and Nostalgia...it brings back Images of Old Hawaii much like the Royal Hawaiian...very Romantic. Then there is MY families favorite....we have been staying here for years...the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach...sitting smack in the middle of Waikiki Beach with The Royal Hawaiian on one side, The Sheraton Moana Surfrider on the other...and The World Famous "Dukes" Restraunt/Beach Bar in the Lobby...(FUN)..it has alot of young couples, families and older couples..a very diverse crowd and we love it...I have provided links to each one of these places...~~Aloha~~E Komo Mai~`

There's a really quiet place out in Laie near the Polynesian Cultural Center...it's operated by Mormons.

Ya never know when you'll have a Donny and Marie sighting!

That's a big question. If you cannot pin down your requirements more tightly than this, you need to speak with a travel agent.

But if you do you own research, you can save money with discounted hotels, and use the money for other things. Try here : and put in your dates. You should find good options by checking the maps and using the photos and descriptions.

Create a video blog...instantly.

Talk to a travel agent for some ideas or get some brochures from them. Or get a copy of Fodor's book on Hawaii. You could check Fodor's online, Travelocity, or any other travel service. Or you can just Google Oahu accommodations. Doesn't matter where you stay anyway ... you will have a great time. Aloha!! \m/ (That symbol is for 'hang loose', a Hawaiian expression with your hand. It's good, I promise).)
